We had such a fun long 4th of July weekend. It was a real treat that Brad got off both Friday and Monday and after the long trip away from Daddy while we were in Texas Daddy and Micah were both really excited to get to spend lots of time together. We started our weekend with an amazing lake trip with our new friends the Buessings and our old friends the Florendos. We loaded up and headed off to Lake Wateree.
As you can see Micah really enjoyed wearing this super comfortable life jacket we bought him for the trip.
After a while though he was so tired he managed to konk out in it despite its extreme comfort.
We also managed to sneak in a family photo at the lake. That is one of the nice things about hanging out with friends is having extra hands to take pictures so we can all be in them!
