We had a fun and exciting day today! Since we won't have the opportunity to be together when I get my ultrasound at the doctor's office we decided to go to an ultrasound clinic so we could find out together what we would be having. We took a two hour drive to Charlotte and went to My Sunshine Baby.
Almost as soon as the tech started the ultrasound she looked at the picture and said "I think I have a pretty good idea of what it is!" She looked around a little more and said she was 95% sure that it is a boy!! She was really wonderful to us. Even though our session was only supposed to last about 15-20 min we were in there for 40-45 min. She patiently explained what we were seeing and showed us all the different parts of the baby.
We left with a DVD of the session, a CD of all the still images (over 20!), and a parting gift of formula and bottles! We are so excited to welcome our SON into the world.
